1. What is this?

A publication about artificial intelligence, human attention, knowledge, and the practices that help us see more clearly.

2. What readers get:

Evidence-backed breakdowns of papers, model launches, evals, agent tooling, competitive dynamics, plus occasional essays on meditation, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, techno-dharma and what it means to have and use a mind wisely.

3. Who it is for:

Engineers, founders, researchers, contemplative technologists and people who want to discover what it means to wake up with a mind and use it wisely.

4. Cadence:

At least one weekly essay or briefing, plus short Notes throughout the week.

5. Why me:

I am an agentic engineer with a psychology degree and focus on cognitive science. I’ve held positions at Amp and Moveworks, the front-lines of the AI revolution. I’ve spent years studying and writing about AI builders, models, research and tooling in public while also carrying a broader interest in mind, contemplative practice, science and philosophy.
